I recently visited this Salon and will NEVER go back!! First when u walk in NOONE greets you, they were too busy either gossiping in the corner or doing their own hair! Finally when the girl felt like acknowledging me she couldnt speak a word of English n further got mad at Me cause she cant understand me! The Stylist they set me up with although was very nice (hence the one star) did NOT do what i asked then when i tried to tell her that instead of listening tried convicing me it looked good but unless u like thread hanging out in plain veiw it Looked terrible!!! Now after $170 and hours i can Not get back ive learned being nice dont pay, specially when your a paying client!!!! The Salon staff need to realize your client is your bread and butter!!! Maybe if you greet and listen to your clients there would be more to do than each others hair!!!!!!!

I have been going to Looking Nice for over 15 years and I live in Connecticut. I have tried other salons that were closer to home, but never got the same result. When I had my hair cut at Looking Nice, it was cut the way I wanted it cut. When I had my hair dyed at Looking Nice, it was exactly the color I chose. When I got a perm, golly gee, my hair did not fall out. I have gone to other salons and have had my hair dyed purple when I asked for brown; had my hair permed and had it fall out; and forget about getting it cut. My father used to work in Brooklyn and had his hair cut at Looking Nice and after I had had a bad hair experience at a local salon, he suggested that I try Looking Nice. I have never been happier.

Great atmosphere here, the staff was amazing and everyone here looked to be having a good time. I appreciate the experience the staff has. i suggest everyone come try this place
