Essential Skin Care
Reviews
I am a regular customer of Essential Skin Care for many years. My skin improved significantly when I first started going and has maintained over the years with regular facials. The packages are a good deal and keep you going back! Annie is my favorite esthetician but all of the ladies are just as great.
great spot, been there twice got a good deal on microdermabrasion/added bonus services, so far so good, my skin been looking verry good, plus they explain what cream your skin may need to resolve further problems, also got a bonus shoulder massage while wearing 10 minute mask,,,,i have no idea why people are blowing this place off, idk, its weird, but they are intense on promoting their product bottles though ''as most business do!!!, lmao, just learn to bob-n-weave, just keep dodging the $$$offers, lol, but buy whats reasonnable for you, like i brought the sunblock bottle$35 since am sensitive to sun, makes sense...ps. the best patient care i've had in long time since my permanent lovely russian dermatologist retired :)
I happened to find this spa through a promotion for Spaweek. I have been to a few spas around the city but this one gave me the best microdermabrasion/peel/facial I've ever had. Very friendly and informing you of every move...the extractions were extremely thorough. The procedures and the service that was given were all excellent. I showed up late to my appt but my procedure was not cut short, in face it went 30 mins longer! Afterwards you really feel like your face is clean and renewed. Yes they definitely come on strong with the upsell and wanting you to buy a package deal but they were also very respectful when I declined and didn't try to keep upselling me. I think as long you're firm when you walk in there that you only want the procedure you requested and "no thanks" to any product suggestions, they'll shut up and just give you a great facial.
I have been going there for years! I love them! Since going to them, my skin looks amazing. My friends comment on it all the time. I definitely recommend doing the microdermabrasion with the glycocic peel. The trick is to go ever 2 weeks until your skin looks polished. They might take 3 tries. But the secret after that is to go regularly.. At least once a month. People always think I am way younger than I am. In the winter time, try the collagen serum. Your skin will look nice and plump.
Since they scrubbed my skin too hard with microdermabrasin and touched the sensitive skin with cheap rubber gloves, Ive had contact allergy after the treatment. Its been 4days but im still suffering from it, taking and applying medicines. Also, I agree with most people said that one girl pushed too much on customers to purchase thier products so i bought one and tried at home but that isnt worthy at all. There are much better and more pleasant salons out there.
