The stylists at Concept Elite take the time to talk to you and ask you what you want. I use Lisa and she's amazing. Each time I have an appointment with her, she asks me how I liked the previous haircut, if there's anything I want to change or do differently. And she really listens to what I have to say. Her sense of style and color are terrific! On my last visit, I had a manicure by Mila. It was probably one of the best manicures I've ever had. I highly recommend Concept Elite for all your beauty needs.

If you can get in as a reduced haircut with a student-give it a try. otherwise it's way to expensive and not worth the money. they are not that professional in hair cutting, even the owner couldn't cut it straight. if you want a trim for $$$$ go on-- they have makeup, pocketbooks for sale and whatever else they can find. The manicures are on the high side since all these little boutiques need to pay for the space. Guess if you pre-try and have a wedding party and can work a deal for hair/makeup give it a go. They may open on Sunday for you.

I have gone here a few times over the past few years and have loved every experience. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, the hair and make up stylists are great; I have never had anything less than a great experience including when my sister's whole bridal party went there to get our hair and make up done.

I have lived in the area and have tired Concept Elite in the past but was not happy with people assigned to me so I stopped going there. However, three weeks ago out of desperation I made an appointment to get my hair cut and colored! When the receptionist told me Casey was available I said sure expecting the same old thing! Boy was I surprised! Casey is an incredible hair stylists and very professional colorist. She ended up doing Highlights and a great cut on my horrible hair. Now it looks great. Since that I have been there twice more for blow outs with Casey and I have finally found a hair professional that I absolutely ADORE!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Casey for making my life and hair better!!!!!!

I've been to Concept Elite twice, my first and last time. The first time I went I actually had a decent experience. No wait, decent hair stylist, etc. May 9th was my second visit. After a 40 minute wait, minus any apologies or explainations from reception, I had my highlights (partial) touched up. The stylist barely said anything and elongated my appointment to almost 3 full hours while taking other clients in the middle of my appointment. Apparently my time is not a concern to their receptionist. I was left to sit with foil for what felt like ages while she did blowouts for other clients. Finally, at the end, the stylist tried to sell me Keratin treatment while complaining about how difficult it was for her to do my blowout. Besides the subpar treatment the blowout after highlights was a ridiculou $40. Every other salon I've ever been to does NOT charge extra for drying someone's hair after doing a cut or color. According to them after wasting my time for 3 hours I should have left with wet hair. Never, EVER, Again.
