I called Poiema at about 1pm on Wednesday. They were very friendly and fit me right in at 1:30. I was a bit nervous to be going to a new salon for a drastic change. My hair was down my back and I was ready to donate it. They made me very comfortable from the second I walked in, greeting me right away with a smile. Abbie was my stylist and she was an absolute angel. I gave her freedom to play with my hair and I trusted her to chop off 15 inches! She did an amazing job not to mention being TWO DAYS AWAY FROM HER DUE DATE! I really thought she was great. I didn't hear one negative word out of her mouth, nor anyone else's while I was there. The girls were all clearly happy and comfortable in their work environment, which is a definite sign of a quality salon. I will go back there for ANY AND ALL services in the future and I'll be raving about it to my friends. Thumbs up to Abbie and the owners! You guys are amazing. Check out the before and after pics.
