Domani Day Spa
Reviews
Hi I just want you guys to know that I visited this Day Spa and it is the most unprofessional business, I have ever encountered. The owner Anita refuse to hire a professional cleaning service. Her staff is the cleaning service. Sorry I don't want someone cleaning the toilets and floors and then coming over to do my nails or hair or a facial. Anita if you are such a top end Spa why aren't you hiring a cleaning service. The woman that welcomes you at the front desk is very unprofessional especially, when she answers the phone. A client told me that she was there for a hair makeover and the owner Anita and her staff were just talking over her about what hair style was going to look good on her. They totally ignored the young lady that is the professional stylist. She said she felt as if she was in a 3rd world country. If you want to have a professional business you must first replace the front desk clerk, hire a professional cleaning service, and let the professionals do their job. I don't really care for the nail job that Anita does. She is not a nail specialist. Why do you rush people when you are doing their nails. You work is horrible and you charge an arm and a leg. Hire professionals. you are not. GO TO THE VIETNAMESE THEY KNOW THEIR NAILS.
I have been going to Domani for two years. Not only is Anita (the owner) one of the nicest and kindest people I have met, this facility is impeccably clean. Every client has their own nail guard and all tools and pedicure tubs are cleaned and sterilized after each use. Domani is also always on the cutting edge of the newest nail art/techniques! Domani also offers great spa services such as waxing and facials to name a few. Also, the esthetician, Katelyn, is very knowledgeable and will make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed with whatever service you are there for.
Very rude.
