I went there after calling and trying to get an appointment. They said they wouldn't take appointments but it was always really easy to get in. I took my two kids and there were 3 people cutting hair and a birthday party going on. They told me it would only be a few minutes until we were up. Ha! We were there for almost 1 hour and we actually walked out. Two of the staff disappeared and there was only one girl cutting hair. It was absolutely ridiculous. They never acknowledged us or apologized for the long wait. Multiple people walked out ahead of us as well, but I decided to stick it out for a little longer. I should have walked away sooner with the rest of the parents. I will never return. This place is a travesty.
