A new customer, I sat and waited and waited and waited while other customers came in and were ushered to their chairs. I didn't mind so much that the girl who was supposed to cut my hair was late, it happens, but the receptionist never once said anything like "we'll be with you in a few minutes" I was totally ignored. Finally another stylist noticed me and asked who I was waiting for. When I went to pay, the same receptionist completely ignored me while she was on the phone. Wont be going back there any time soon.

The girls there are very nice and they try to give you exactly what you ask for. I'm Asian and my hair is naturally very dark to an almost black color so it is very hard to lift my color to a very light hue. I've been wanting to try going blonde for the longest time and everywhere I went, everyone is too scared to do it in fear of "ruining" my hair even when I tell them JUST DO IT. I've been getting just highlights for the longest time because everyone refuses to just dye my hair blonde and tries to talk to me out of it and I was sick of it. I finally went to this place because a few friends who had their own Asian hair dyed blonde recommended it. Went last summer and I have been going back since. They do a great job and better job for less than the retarded people who just highlighted my hair. You will walk out looking beautiful and happy. They gave me exaclty what I wanted without arguing with me or talking me out of it.

THe Staff was friendly... I had to wait a little bit through my process because they were busy... BUT I got exactly what I wanted! I LOVE my hair!
