Have been here 5 times & 3 of those times I have had problems. 1st one was when there wasn't a person there to do a hot towel shave for my husband & the 2nd was when we went there for another hot towel shave but they didn't have any clean towels because the owner takes care of that & he doesn't work on Weds. The last time was this last Thursday, I called at 5:30 to find out what time they close & was told 7pm but when I took my son there at 6 the owner told me that in the evenings they only take appts. Even after I told him I just called & wasn't told that & 1 of his workers admitted he didn't tell me Monti did not do the right thing & take us. A good business man would have said "Not a problem" - now not only did he lose our business but now he has a poor review
