Dirty is all I can say. Despite the great hair cut and color (by Donna V), I will only remember the dead flies on the counter and the filth on the floor. Faye (I think owner of the shop) did minimal to help out her overburdened staff. She sat behind the counter and basically bullied Jackie (shampooer); continually yelling for her to do whatever Faye felt had to be done. Donna V (hairdresser) and Bennie (barber) should find another place to work; they are too good for this shop.

This place was ill kept. It was a hair salon with half finished rooms for other services. I was supposed to get 2 hours worth of services and was there for 2.5 hours and only got 1hr worth of treatments. I got a facial first where the products where bottom line and the woman talked to me about religion and politics the whole time. Then I waited almost an hour for my massage, which was supposed to be right after. Staff should have been responsible enough to realize that this delay was going to occur and had my pedicure done during this gap, but didn't. Actually, no one said ANYTHING to me about the lapse in my appts. Then I had my massage and come out and they tell me I have to back for the pedicure! Not too mention they knew before I went in for the massage they weren't going to have time for the massage. No staff offered any explanation or anything, and all they did was complain about their employer. They gave me a gift certificate for the pedicure to go back, which I will never redeem. Don't be fooled, this place is not a spa. It is an unprofessional hair cutting place that has people that try to do facials.
