The Body Studio was great for me, as a first-timer. First I had a facial treatment, and felt like a queen afterwards! For waxing,I started with my eyebrows, lip and underarms. It stung a lot less than I thought it would, and for weeks afterward everything was great. Later I got my legs done and a bikini wax, these also were done expertly. So if you are new to this kind of thing, I can fully recommend the experienced, clean, comfortable Body Studio in New Paltz.

Lisa is professional, friendly and nonjudgmental. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. She is thorough, and meticulous, but also quick and efficient. The place is clean, pleasant and calming. Her products are high quality and her work is as pain free as it can get for the nature of the service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic.

Decided to get a Brazilian to conquer my fear of pain, and give that whole bare look/feel a try...called Lisa up and asked her some questions - she gladly answered all of them and we had a lovely conversation. She's super nice, very professional, and uses natural, soothing products to make the experience as painless as possible. I found her funny and easy to talk to, and she didn't make me feel shy or awkward at all. She's really the only person I found who I would trust with ripping hair off my ladybits! Very reasonable prices, comfortable studio, sanitary practices. A++...I'll be back!
