I had gotten my hair cut at a different salon and they completely messed up my haircut! I didnt know what to do so I ended up walking into Radiance and someone was able to come up and look at my hair and explain to me what had to be done to fix the cut. Just a few snips later I was back to feeling like myself, except better! I will definitely be back!

Walked into Radiance totally unclear of what I wanted to do with my hair and my stylist was sooooo helpful in selecting a style to suit me and my personality! LOVED IT!

Anyone who uses their personal feelings about a business owner to slander and try and hurt their business is obviously lacking the maturity of a competent adult. The staff at Radiance is always warm and welcoming and I have personally never once heard or seen any nose bleeds, punches or anything of the sort. Disgruntled employees who need to vent should maybe consider other ways aside from trying to hurt a business that no longer has anything to do with them. The employees of the salon, along with the owner are all upstanding professionals and do not deserve to be talked of in this manner. For all of your beauty needs, go to Radiance. The staff is friendly, helpful and only wants to make the customer feel amazing about themselves. Do not listen to this clown who is just trying to ruin someones good name to make themselves feel better.

So, If you go to Radiance Day Spa you may want to reconsider your choice of salon. The manager there (also my boss) Punched me in the Face, she was also my landlord and kicked me out and she Fired me on the spot. If you want to give her your hard earned money, that's up to you. Susan Salanitri had a hard life and takes it out on the scapegoat of her choice. I didn't do anything to deserve this physical assault but because she doesn't have everything go her way in her personal life with men and money, she punches her employees in the face giving them a nose bleed. For a small woman, she has quite an arm on her. Be careful entering this salon!!! The staff is amazing but they all know about this bipolar woman managing this unstable salon. The day before my wedding, myself and three bridesmaids showed up at Radiance. We had an hour before the rehearsal, and wanted manicures, pedicures and some waxing treatments. Obviously, we hadn't planned ahead and now it was the last minute. They were wonderful about accommodating us. They were very realistic about how long everything would take, and made sure we all had the services that were top priority (one of us had a mani pedi, one a mani, one a pedi and an eyebrow wax). The services we got were very good quality: my pedicure lasted three weeks! The salon was busy, as it was the neighboring town's prom, but I so appreciated the professionalism of the staff. They did make a "bridezilla" comment, but it wasn't directed at me. And we did run a few minutes late, but it was a great contribution to the wedding weekend.
