Worst place to get hair done. This place is pricy and the staff is not very attentive. I asked the lady Jill to do my touch up on the roots with caramel highlights, she charged me over $100 dollars and my hair came out black worse than before. She put the toner on and disappeared for 20 minutes. When she washed the toner out, the color was way darker than the golden brown (caramel) that i had requested. When I asked her to fix it, she said come back after 4 months because she didn't understand the color I wanted even though I showed her 3 pictures and discussed exactly what I wanted before starting the process. Very disappointed with her service. I not only wasted money in this salon, but am very unhappy with the hair color. Will never recommend this salon to other.
I have gone to Michelle for years and she's never disappointed me. She's professional at all times, never gives me a hassle even when I come in after chopping at my own hair. She's a saint and a great colorist! Love her love her love her! The salon is beautiful, the receptionists and shampoo girls are fabulous, friendly... you really can't ask for a better salon. Kudos to all!
I usually walk out of a salon disappointed, but not this time. I think this was the first time in my life that I actually loved the cut, which is why I have to write. JeanMarie was very nice and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely go back.
