I see Kylie for my hair and Amelia for my waxing at Mill Run. They are both amazing. Kylie is not shy about making recommendations and I totally trust her. She's always open to changing it up to keep my look fresh. Amelia is also great - I have very difficult eyebrows and she knows just what to do with them. She's so knowledgeable and laid back. Kenneth's staff is all so well trained I know I'm in good hands when I go there.

David has been my stylist for many years. I started with him because he really understands curly hair and works well with it. No one else seemed to understand that curly hair has a mind of its own. He has been wonderful with color; first helping me find the very best red and now helping me transition to not coloring at all and embracing my gray. He is creative, talented, funny, and easy going. A visit to Kenneths to see David is always a pleasure!

Alli has been doing my hair for years and never sends me away unhappy. She always knows what will make my ever changing shape look best. She is great at knowing what will look good or what will flatter me the most. I even bring my 9 year old daughter to see her now. Thanks for yet another wonderful appointment!

I have been seeing Charis at Polaris for about 7 years and in that time I don't think that I've ever been dissatisfied with what she's done. I never go into the salon with any ideas and she always works her magic. She is an artiste, a color goddess! I get tons of compliments after every visit. I loved her so much that I talked my mom and sister to see her as well and they haven't stopped either. I would highly recommend Charis. You won't be disappointed.

So, I went to Kenneth's hair salon in Reynoldsburg, last Friday to get some highlights. Molly, the MASTER hair stylist were the one doing my hair. Soon when I got there, she was very quick to let me know how busy she was that day because of the high school girls getting their hair done for prom night. So, I showed Molly a picture of what I wanted done to my hair (red highlights). She said she couldn't do that since I had still some dye in my hair. The last time I dyed my hair was September last year, but since she's a MASTER hair stylist, I trusted her. Molly told me I should wait until after summer, schedule another appointment and get my highlights then. I told her, I really would like something done that day. So she told me some caramel color would look great. I was fine with that. 25 minutes later she was done. She didn't blow dry my hair bc I hadn't schedule a hair cut, so I left Kenneth's with my hair dripping wet. Since I'm working and going to school I really didn't pay attention to my hair until Wednesday and I cry my eyes out when I saw what she had done to my hair. Basically I have highlights only on the left side of my head. Kenneth's will not refund my money and said if I want it fixed I need to pay again. Awful service! Molly as a MASTER hair stylist should be more professional. She didn't want to take her time to do my hair. Very disapointed! One thing I hope she will always keep in mind: Goes around, comes around. She did me wrong, my hair looks awful, but pretty soon someone will do her wrong too because Karma is a bitch!
