HORRIBLE SERVICE. The dr is RUDE, NO bedside manner and it doesn't matter what the patient wants done cosmetically. I was insulted and extremely disappointed. I will NEVER EVER go here for dysport again. NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I have been a patient of Monarch Health for a long time, and I simply cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Cole-Sedivy and everyone on the Monarch staff! They are highly skilled professionals but also make you feel welcome and comfortable. Most of all I think my results speak for themselves, since I look so much younger than I did when I started there, over 10 years ago!!!

I have been going to Monarch Health for laser hair removal for a year now and I have had great results! I have fair skin so the treatment is working very well on my legs. The staff is friendly and the treatments are very quick! Probably the only doctors office that I don't wait in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes when I arrive on time! If you are looking into trying laser hair removal I would highly recommend Monarch Health!!

I've been going here for a few months for laser hair removal after purchasing a Groupon back in spring of 2012. The laser is very effective at removing my dark hair and the procedure is fast and relatively comfortable. The staff are very friendly and I enjoy my visits to the clinic. However, the hair removal technicians are not especially careful about making sure the laser head treats overlapping areas so I often end up with one or two very small untreated areas. They are so small that I do not complain, and the nurse makes sure to hit the spots the next time I am in. This past visit, I was treated by a different nurse and ended up with a very substantial area that was left untreated. I called to ask about what had happened-- I'd recently upgraded to a larger treatment area and thought they'd simply misunderstood my charts. Instead of having any resolution, the manager and another nurse simply kept insisting that the person who did my treatment was the best technician there, which meant that it simply wasn't possible for her to have made a mistake, and that they would have her call me to discuss the situation. When I brought the issue up again later with someone else, I received an apology for having been dealt with that way and the issue was resolved without any fuss.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Monarch Health. I bought a groupon for their LightSheer Duet laser hair removal and decided to give it a try. So far I've had 3 treatments and I'm noticing significant results. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. Even though I live an hour away, it's totally worth the drive for the great treatments and customer service. Highly recommend!!!
