Did a terrible job highlighting my hair so I called and complained. They offered to fix it which I thought was awesome. However, when I returned for them to fix my hair they were extremely rude. I felt initially said the the job they did initially was great and didn't understand why I thought something was wrong. Also after they rehighlighted my hair they refused to dry it unless I paid $28. How was I supposed to see if the highlights were the correct color without my hair being dry? Overall terrible service!!!

Great prices and great service. Jaquelyn was the best, but I think she's at a different location now.
