I had the same experience. She was so rude. I found out I would lose all my hair and went there to get my wig. She tried really ugly expensive wigs on me. I tried to tell her that these wigs didn't look at all like me. She yelled at me "You are not going to find hair like yours so get used to it." I started to cry. She didn't care. No compassion at all. My husband was livid. We ended up going to another wig shop and found a wig that looked just like my hair. I recently met another woman going through Chemo who was wearing a ball cap. She said she was so mad from her experience with Kim's she decided to not even get a wig. It breaks my heart that she is so mean to cancer patients.
. . .. . .that I just picked up my third wig! Honestly, I have great hair, but it is short and curly and my guy likes longer hair. So on a lark I stopped in Kims shop to see if I might look good with a different style. Kim did not pressure me, but listened to my concerns and notions of what I thought I was looking for. She helped me try on many different cuts and colors and was so patient as I nixed several. Then, however, she analyzed my own look and suggested I try one that I would have never thought I could wear . . . and I loved it!!! Secretly I had always wanted sleek, swingy hair and this wig was the ticket!!!. I have had nothing but compliments on my new look. I am thrilled and wear the wig so often, I called and ordered another one just like it for "backup". I highly recommend Kims for her excellent service and wonderful selection. D.
