Definately not closed. The store is always clean and well lit. The staff are always friendly and curtious. They have their own great sence of humor and are easy to talk to and relax. Have had haircuts from several stylest, and never a bad haircut unlike other chains where if you dont get the right stylest you dont get the right haircut. This place is great!
Walked in today to get a haircut; shop was empty of customers. Woman at front desk couldn't be bothered to look up at me while she asked me if I'd been in before (yes), the last four of my phone number, my last name, how to spell my last name, etc. Her tone got progressively nastier as we went, and still no eye contact.
I would have liked to have given them my money; instead, I told her that I wouldn't need the haircut after all, and I bought a set of clippers at the Meijer across the street. Maybe I'll stop in again in a few months.
The corporate office no longer lists them. Their phone is disconnected. I'm assuming they've closed.
