Awful. This was my first time going to Rush Image Concepts and I will never go back. The first time they cancelled my appointment at the last minute as I was already on my way there. The second time I was told a different time than what they had scheduled me for so I arrived and they weren't able to take me. The last and final time I arrived for my appointment, their doors were locked, and no one was answering the doorbell or my phone calls. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally receive a call from them and explained the situation. She told me that the offices where the entrance is are closed on Mondays (no signs posted). She said there was a back entrance which I was never told about and again, no signs posted. Unprofessional customer service.
