Went in for a hair appointment with Sara E, and was less then five min late but she told me it was fine and cut my hair. She was in a rush and cut and styled my hair in twenty five min, after which she asked if it was thin enough. After I said yes she ripped my cape off without asking about how it actually looked, as if that was it and was waiting for me to leave. I told her that the longer hair in the back looked weird and asked if she could even it out. She peaked out to the front and told me that her next client was already there, and paused awkardly as if she were hoping I'd just say whatever and go. After a sigh she finished my hair and commented that it did look mullet-ish... which upset me even more because she was going to leave it like that even though she knew it looked bad. I thought she was not very thorough and felt very rushed; not how a salon experience should be. I also cannot count the amount of times that I have had to wait more then the few min whoever was behind me at a salon...it was very rude of her to in her own way tell me that she could not finish my hair because her next client came. I would suggest spacing appointments more then exactly 30 min apart.
I have use Sarah E on several occasions and have had nothing but a great experience. Amanda must nor be a happy person as she has also complained about another business. Friendz has been a wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.
