I will never go back. Their prices are outrageous. My nails turned out amazing, and the guy that did my nails did a great job. They turned out exactly how I asked for them, and the lady who did my mom's mani and pedi was great. However, that was the worst pedicure ever! The person doing my pedicure was extremely rough with the cuticle pusher. He then ripped my cuticle off instead of cutting them, which made me bleed. That wouldn't be a big deal, and I am a big girl. What made me upset was he didn't even look up and say are you okay. Instead, it was like he was trying to cover it up. He kept putting this blue stuff on it. I could have been allergic to the blue stuff. I assume it was alcohol, but I don't really know. What if I had been on a blood thinner or had a blood clotting disorder. Would he have actually said something had it not stopped bleeding. Not to mention, the foot bath overflowed and he got my boots and one of my socks soaking wet. He just sat them off to the side like I didn't see that they were all wet.
