I have been coming to Dr. Goss and have received the highest level of customer service. She spends her time with me and I never feel like there is a rush. I am not sure who George saw (review listed below) but I can assure you that Dr. Goss is highly respected and has tons training. Quick tip on location: It is directly West of Starbucks and right behind Arby's in a brown building.

Meet with Dr Goss for a consultation on having her perform Laser Hair Removal. She was about a half hour late. While waiting her technician Nancy visited with me and answered some of my questions. Very pleasant and helpful person. When Dr Goss arrived there was no apology for being late or explanation. I had a lot of questions and she seem a bit put off from the first. When I asked about her training for Laser Hair removal she simply said yes she had received training, did not offer to elaborate. When I asked about Before and After photos she provided generic one that looked like the manufacture of the laser had provide them. Asked if she had clients that I could contact and she seems surprised and never really answered question. Buy this time I was put off by her poor people skills. But still tried to discuss cost and details of treatment. The price she quoted was higher than the initial estimate I had received on the phone. I mentioned this and that her prices were higher than other quotes I had received. She did offer any explanation just stated that was her price. Told her I would check with some of the other clinics and left. Did not use her more because of her attitude and lack of information she was willing to provide than the higher price. Her staff is very pleasant and helpful. The facility, while small is clean and comfortable. But due to her attitude I could not recommend using her for LHR. She also does counseling and chiropractic from this location. Perhaps these are areas she is more competent in.
