My mom and I also called and went by the store while we were in town shopping. Mom has worn wigs for years. She found a wig there in the salon that she loved, but it wasn't the right color, her hair is silver. She loved the quality of the hair, the cut... everything but the color. Ann offered to order the wig in silver for mom, and mom paid her $300. The wig came in yesterday and it is horrid. The entire scalp of the wig is all ratted up, there is no combing it. The cut isn't the same, the quality of hair isn't the same. There is no shine to it, it literally looks like a Halloween costumer quality wig. Mom phoned her assuming there was some sort of a mix up, and Ann Patton ended up talking trash about the wigs mom normally wears (which by the way are very nice and none of my friends even knew she wore a wig) and then hung up on her. She said she (Ann Patton) tried on the wig before she sent it to Mom, and that it was exactly the same as the one Mom tried on at the store. There is no way someone who is in the wig business actually believes that this is the case. I wish I could post pictures on here so you could see. Take your business elsewhere, this lady is a rude, dishonest shister! Who hangs up on a customer that gave them $300 and is disappointed? Who attacks a customers current wig? UNBELIEVABLE!!

I'm going through chemo therapy for the third time and I visited Ann's salon for the first time. I found Ann to be very compassionate and caring. She showed me numerous wigs and was very patient while I made my choice. She even cut and styled the wig I chose to better fit the shape of my face. I couldn't have asked for a kinder person to help me through this horrible experience.

My daughter & I visited this salon about 1 month ago. We found the owner to be extremely rude & curt, very hateful comments that apparently she thought was funny. People are already going through a traumatic time just needing a wig. She kept looking outside, kept indicating people were watching her, very, very strange. We asked if our daughter could take a pic to text to her husband who was at work, she about fell apart that we would ask to something like this...refused. I mean, these wiigs are $500-700 apiece, who wouldn't want their husbands opinion & approval prior to buying. She also criticized EVERY other wig salon in town. Even going as far as to say the were thieves, druggies, etc. Wondering if she is on some kind of medication, all told.....avoid this very rude, strange woman.

My sister and I were a bit reluctant to check this place out, due to the negative review we read. However, we braced ourselves and made an appointment (which is what Ann prefers so she can give quality time to her clients). We were greeted very warmly and Ann sat my sister down and began bringing her wigs that she thought would look good with her face. She spent 1 1/2 hours with us, was not pushy, was VERY nice and had a lot of wonderful tips, not only for wig care, but for ways to make chemo treatments go smoothly and comfortably. She was extremely supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend Ann.

My mom and I went to her today to look at wigs. My mom called and made an appointment with Ann, but she was very rude to my mom on the phone. When we got there, she was very rude to us. There was no where to sit and wait in the front area, because her couch was covered in wigs. When she came back out, she called my mom and I nasty names. I stormed back in the salon, and told her that she was an aweful owner, and had absolutely no manners at all. I would tell everyone to NEVER EVER go to this lady, because she is one of the worst people that I have never meet!!! I would also tell people that if they want a rude lady to help them, then that is what they are going to get when they come to her house to buy a wig. My mom and I ended up going to another place, down the road, and they were SO MUCH more nicer and helpful than this rude, horrible owner!!!
