Regis Salon

They always do a GREAT job. They have a very experienced staff, and I always leave happy.
This Regis used to do a great job. However, their experienced and professional and skilled staff left years ago. The staff now makes too many errors in cut and color, and has absolutely terrible customer service. I'm not even picky about my hair, but I would absolutely never go to this "salon" again. It's by far the worst place I've ever been to. I'm one of those people who will even cut my own hair since I'm not picky at all. My hair means very little to me. But, this Regis made my hair look terrible and did so in an unkind, unprofessional way. I was astounded by the terrible haircut, being charged for the terrible haircut, and how I was treated when I explained how poor the cut, style, and color looked. This Regis currently could not style their way out of a box. They are poor with coloring, often leaving it uneven. The staff, particularly the inexperienced staff, does the worst hair cuts that I've ever seen. I've gotten my hair cut better at $10 grocery store stops than here. If they mess up your hair, they still charge you for whatever they can. They are incompetent, arrogant, and poorly trained. Avoid at all costs-- this place simply is not worth it. Try the Regis on NW Expressway, the hair place in Penneys or Sears, or any of the other nearby salons. I've had my hair cut at dozens and dozens of places over the years, and this Regis in Quail Springs is by far the worst (even though they still charged me to ruin my hair). I've never had a problem with any salon-- until going to this Quail Springs Regis. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere, else. I wish I had.
