Best night ever! I decided to get a haircut at Cottonwood Salon and donate 10 inches Locks of Love. I had no idea that my haircut (and all the pampering that goes with it) would be FREE! Great way to spend an evening for a great cause! Go Cottonwood!

Just an excellent place for all services all around. Perfect haircut. Always on time, which I love. No cell phone interruptions. Very professional!

These negative reviews are shocking to me. I had the best experience with Jamie. She fixed a bad haircut I came in with. She fit me in quickly, thinned & colored my hair, and taught me how to style it myself. I highly recommend her!

My husband purchased a day at the spa for my birthday. They only booked half of my "day at the spa" because they were overbooked in the other areas. They shouldn't book a half day at the spa in the first place if they can't do the entire thing. I went in and had my massage- it was one of the worst massages I've ever had. The room was freezing cold- then she put cold oil on my back. Now my teeth are chattering. She turned the heater on after that, but by the time it started to heat up, my massage was nearly over. Besides the temperature, my massage therapist had the lightest touch I've ever had for a massage. It was more like someone rubbing sunscreen on my back. Very disappointed. After that, had my facial- no complaints there. She was very nice and did a fine job. They could not get me in any time soon after this to do my mani/pedi which is part of the "day at the spa". So now I just want my money back for the unused portion and having a very hard time getting ahold of anyone who can refund my husband's card. Don't go here if you want even just a decent massage.

Arrived Early and got some delicious tee while I waited. Then went back and got an amazing haircut, I will definitely be back
