Excellent salon. They never overbook and they take their time!

I have been a customer of this salon since it opened, and their service has always been okay. A few things have happened over the years but nothing major until yesterday. I went in for a shellac manicure, and during the massage, the owner squirted oil all over my shirt I had just bought at Nordstrom's, and was wearing for the first time. She assured me it would come out and I said it was fine as long is it did. The fabric is extremely expensive and I took it home and promptly washed it with my go-to stain removers. The stain is still there two washes later, so I took the shirt in and asked for a replacement shirt or for a gift card. I spoke to Tina, the owner, who damaged the shirt, and she completely refused to replace it or compensate me. She said I could leave it there for someone to wash, which I am not willing to leave my Nordstrom shirt to be further ruined. The refusal to provide a discount the day it happened, and the refusal to replace my shirt has lost her a long-term customer. I really wish they would just own up to their mistake and correct it, but this sort of customer service is unacceptable and sadly I won't be going there again.

LOVE this Nail Salon, very Clean, Professional and detailed. Tiffany did my Solar Fill and polishing application and was very detailed. Have Scheduled a Pedicure for today as well because I liked the quality so much. The space is nicely colored, they have relaxing music and images that play on monitors. Very nice "SPA", environment. Their prices are very good as well.

I made a reservation for a wedding shower for 12 ladies to get mani and pedis and only 10 were able to make it. The wife of the owner actually scolded me in front of all of the other ladies after I spent a ton of money at the salon. Customer Service is Horrible at this establishment. Never again!

Highly recommend Moda! I have never been to a nails place so clean in my life. No matter how busy the place gets, the cuticle cutters, clippers, and whatever equipment are always being washed and sanitized. Pedicure chairs are always washed after each client. I love coming here to get my nails done and quality is AWESOME!
