I should have listened to the reviews - STAY AWAY. If you bought the Living Social deal like I did - get your money back ASAP. It took me over 1.5 months to get in and when I finally did, I waited in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appt time. I was rushed in and then told it wouldn't work since I was blonde and had red in my hair??? I told the lady on the phone when we made the appt I was a blonde. Huge waste of time. I then asked her to leave so I could re-dress and she gave me a snotty attitude and she called me a B*ITCH when I walked out! How unprofessional and rude! Also I don't think she sanitized or washed her hands. STAY AWAY. I might also advise not to do business with Living Social either - they support businesses like this. Makes me question the ethics of businesses.
After almost 4 months of waiting, I had my first appointment today. I was rushed into the room after arriving early to my appointment. Barbara seemed very uncomfortable with me as soon as I met her. After about 1 minute of extremely painful treatment, Barbara announced that my hair was too light and that there was nothing she could do for me. I was very surprised by this as my hair is black. She then told me to either give the voucher I had purchased on Living Social to a friend or contact the company for a refund. As I left after my 5 minute appointment there was another woman already waiting in the waiting area, which leads me to believe that she had either no intention of giving me a full treatment or had double booked the time. Overall, it was a waste of time, painful and I have no idea if I will actually get a refund as it is way past Living Social's refund period.

I also had a terrible experience. Got a Groupon. Had 3 appointments and each time had to wait between 30 min to an hour for a 5 minute appointment. Came in for the 4th appointment and was told machine is broken. No phone call or any notice. They never called me back to reschedule. Will not go back.
It's somewhat understandable because they got overwhelmed with new customers from Groupon, but the waiting area is usually crowded and they usually do not answer the phone, voicemails or email. They also choose not to call to remind you of your appointment, like almost every other appointment-based service does... so it's easy to forget about an appointment, and if you do, it will be hard to get in touch with them to make a new one. The actual treatment and results have been okay, but everything I mentioned before makes it a not-so-great experience.
