Kim is awesome. She is very welcoming and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. She explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is going to happen. Her office is very clean and inviting as well. I have been to another laser hair removal place and I really did not enjoy it, especially after seeing how Kim runs her business. The other place was not personable like her, and was very hard to book an appointment with. I highly suggest seeing Kim over going to any other place, you will be very happy that you did.

I had my first session with Kim about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love her! Laser Smooth was recommended to me by a few of my coworkers and after seeing their results I decided that it was worth a shot. I am so glad I did! Kim did such an incredible job answering my questions and addressing my concerns, by my first session I already felt like we were old friends. Kim is so kind and professional, she eased into the procedure and I was relieved to find it wasn’t nearly as painful as I imagined. In fact it hardly hurt at all! After just one session I am already noticing a slight decrease in hair growth and am actually excited to go back in again! This is definitely worth it!

I absolutely loved going to Kim for my laser! I was so scared of the pain but honestly it didn't even hurt and I have a zero tolerance for pain. Her machines are so good. I did the bikini area and I thought it would be super akward but its not and Kim does it fast that so it is over in 5 minutes. I am currently on my 3rd session! I cant wait to be done. Kim is very professional and isn't akward at all! I would recommmend her to anyone!

I went in for my first treatment today. Kim is so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. I was really surprised at how fast and easy it was. I'd heard that hair removal was super painful, but this wasn't at all. The thing with the vacuum was pretty much painless, and on the little areas that needed the smaller laser, I would only feel a pinch, kind of like if you plucked the hair. In all, it was an awesome experience and I can't wait until my next treatment. Soon I will be done with shaving!!

I recently went in for my 2nd treatment & I am so happy with the results so far. I've had my underarms & upper lip done & already I have noticed a huge difference. A lot less growth & a lot less shaving already. I cannot wait until it is all gone! Combine my awesome results with the wonderful service given by Kim, this definitely makes for a great experience!
