Came in for permanent makeup. Victoria was very pleasant and professional. Spent the extra time to listen, hear my needs, and understand what I wanted. The color was perfect. The cost was really reasonable. I would recommend her and the salon to everyone. The best!!!

DO NOT GET YOUR PIERCINGS FROM ANYONE BESIDES ANDY!!!! I got my ears, industrial, cartilage, and belly pierced from Andy, he did an amazing job! I got my tongue pierced by this asian woman and she did a horrible job, it was cricked and when I went back to get it downsized she didn't even put the correct barbell size. I just recently got my cheeks pierced (Andy pierced it) but he went out on vacation when I came back to get it downsized, when I went there the asian lady tried to charged me $20 just to downsized it when I already paid $120 for the damn thing! Plus Andy told me to come back to get it downsized and I wouldn't have to pay for it because when I got it pierced the $120 comes with the downsized and they even wrote it on the poster but yet the asian girl try to rip you off and charge you for no reason! Make sure Andy is there if you want to get anything pierced!!

I went to get my nose pierced, and it was great! Andee was very informative. He almost sounded like an info commercial! It was definitely clean. (Maybe not as clean as Straight To The Point, but they take extra precautions, and hey. It was an easily $30 less!) Andee changed his gloves, took out a clean needle, and sterilized everything. I'm 5 months into the piercing, and everything has gone perfectly. No infection, no need to take it either. I would go back!

I got my belly button there and they placed it incorrectly and because of that it rubbed and irritated my skin and never healed. When I called concerned about it I was given no advice and they played it off like it was my fault that it wasn't healing. I went into a different place to get advice and they told me that it was so badly pierced that it wasn't even worth keeping and had to remove it because there was no chance of it healing. I am shocked that the woman who did it has a license to do things like that to someones body. They are rude, unprofessional and I could not be more disappointed with me experience there.

I wouldnt recommend going there. I paid $120 for a tear drop piercing and they pierced it incorrectly and kept giving me the run around when it came time to fix it. Five months later and it still isn't finished
