I am new to the area and needed to find a new salon. I searched and read countless reviews and came across this salon. Based on the previous reviews, it seemed like "The It Spot". The ambience was very appealing; nice clean set up and they offer wine, coffee and water. I was drawn into the place off of that and from the raving reviews that people gave. I went in and got an acrylic fill in with a clear gel on top of the polish. All was well until I got home and washed my hands. The clear gel literally melted as if the hot water melted it. That is not supposed to happen. This place needs to use a thicker gel. I will not be returning to this location. Such a disappointment. I wish I can add a picture so I can show you all.
I happened to walk in to one of their busiest days in a long time due to their impending move. But they still worked me in quickly and did great work on my nails. Just to warn: tips have to be given in cash and I didn't have any so I felt like a total bum.
I have been going to Nails by Sally for years now, and I will continue to go there no matter how far I am from the shop. The owner and nail techs are extremely accommodating and go out of their way to make sure the client is happy. I highly recommend Nails by Sally for anyone looking for a very reasonably priced salon. I have received both manicures and pedicures here, and have been extremely happy with the quality of work. Thanks Nails by Sally!
