I was one of Jen's first walk in customers a little over a year ago. She is an artist, she won't stop until she has it right. If you have been going to one of the hair cutting mills. get ready for a unique experience with a shop that gets it right so that they'll get you back.
They have a pretty unprofessional receptionist and the owner. The receptionists called to cancel appointment in two occasions. Also they suppose to call me back to reschedule the appointment due to the owner's last minuets plan change, but it never happened. I would say the owner, Jenn is a pretty rude individual.
