La Vita Bella

They never seem to respect the time of your appointment, at least always 10 minutes late. Booked an appointment for 4:30 and wasn't started until 5:00
I found the prices a bit on the expensive side, and wasn't impressed with the atmosphere. Didn't seem very relaxing in the salon area - it actually seemed a bit chaotic. While I was getting a pedicure, there was a maintenance man with a power drill working on the chair right next to me. It was noisy, distracting, and took away from the overall experience. Not sure why they would do work like that during business hours.
Not sure what issues some people have with La Vita Bella, but I have been going here for 4 years - every 2 weeks for a haircut (men's). Paul is a top notch "barber" for me - AND - a tremendous stylist for my wife who goes every month to him. We have used the spa services, massage, and purchase our hair products there too. The atmosphere is top-notch and the place is simply filled with beautiful people - making you seem all the more fabulous while you are there.
First time there and reception seemed annoyed that I didn't know the protocol and where to go for my massage; reception didn't have a clue about the length of my massage as I questioned why it wasn't an hour. Massage therapist rushed , I've had much better service...reception was also rude at checkout. Beautiful spa; lousy service.
Natalie is awesome! I just got my nails done they look great. Natalie does the gel nails on my nails and they last so long. I can go almost four weeks with no chipping, no fading, and no breaking! She is so friendly and accomdating. This time I got "Tag, Your It" gel color. Fun names for polish...
