Tried this place out for the first time. I've done shellac manicures several times and have never had any issues. The manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks. I tried the shellac French manicure. 2 days later it chipped in 3 places. I called to tell them. I was told they could give me a discount for my next service. When I told them that didn't sound acceptable, they said I could have a regular manicure free, but not the shellac. I understand no guarantees but really?
Also I don't recommend getting waxing done here. They double-dip (and more) the wooden applicators. I had a Brazilian done. They changed the paper lining of the wax warmer...but not the wax. I should have walked out of there when I realized what was happening...too late... but I feel bad for the next people after me...
