Everyone at Salon 828 is very pleasant and helpful. They never trying to sell you on unneeded products or services. All the best perks for any high end salon - - beverages, great shampoo head massage, small and cozy atmosphere. I have mostly gone to Blake for my hair appointments. She is so sweet and happy. My highlights and low lights were really natural looking, as I requested. She was able to help me transition naturally from really blond to a subtle fall brunette. Also, the cut was very flattering. I can be very specific when in a salon so that there are no surprise decisions made by the stylist. With Blake, she knows what I'm looking for and how to make my hair decisions better than me. Overall a very enjoyable & rewarding experience.

I always enjoy the time I spend in Salon 828. The salon has an inviting, fun atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and take the time to make you feel special. You can enjoy a facial, massage or a variety of Spa Services. All will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. But meeting with Cara Roberts is my Absolute Favorite Thing to do at the Salon. She is an experienced hair stylist who listens to what you want and knows how to make that look work for you. She works magic with color and highlights and can give you a hairstyle that makes you feel like a new person. For years I trudged into Philly for all my hair stuff, but on a whim I tried Salon 828 and I am in love! Holly took time to get to know me, my crazy schedule and how I do my hair. I left looking awesome. She has a great focus on customer service and I felt comfortable even with my last minute appointment. I'm so glad I discovered this place! If you're a professional woman who wants a polished look then try this salon!

It's not bad but definitely not worth the money they charge.
