I ran in here because it was close to home. My experience was terrible! It was freezing cold because they didn't have the heat on. Everyone was wearing coats, for pete's sake! The woman told me she had to replace a nail of mine, but no new nail was ever put on. Then she tried to charge me for it even though nothing was done! I waited for approximately a half an hour with my nails under lamps to dry them. the lamp was so hot that if I kept my hand under it in the same position for too long, it felt like it was burning my finger. Then she told me I was done and after I left I noticed hair and dust particles in my polish. Plus they look dull in some areas and glossy in others. I have had the "gel polish" on for one day and it is already friggin chipping off!! Do NOT go here under any circumstances!
