I went to this particular salon because it was a Sunday and I was impatient.. this salon was open and because of the weather it was a breezy walk in right into the chair. Not bad... It was my first time ever going to an "in store" salon so I was already skeptical.. at first, the girl was nice and it seemed like she was listening.. I had grown my hair out for 3 years and just wanted a few layers and the ends trimmed.. simple you would think... I don't know if it was the weather or the fact that her bf showed up but by the time she was done.. my "trimmed" hair was actually laying in piles on the floor.. she took about 4 inches off the length and even more for the damn layers! I cried.. the next day I went to another salon because the bad chick cut an uneven chunk out of the back.. and so.. the new lady had to even it out... Up to that chunk.. meaning that in 2 days.. I lost about 6 inches of hair.. all because I wanted a few layers and a trim... Also.. even though I called and talked to the manager of the first place... She said no refunds.. >:( your call...
