I have read some of these reviews and I have to say...I do not agree. I love coming to VIP Nails to get my hands and toes done. I have had Tia, Vivian and Mimi work on me. I went from never being able to keep nails to absolutely gorgeous hands and am now adding the toes in to my pampering. My nails would always break before because they are so thin and Mimi suggested I try gel nails. I did and will never go back. (Mimi - You told me I would never be able to part with them! - Your were right.) There is a bit of a wait on Thursday and Friday evenings but I just changed to going on a different day. And if you want high quality service, you will wait for it. Thank you for helping me to get my hands in beautiful condition. I saw Tia this past Saturday and she shaped my nails wonderfully and treated my young daughter very nicely. Thank you guys. :)
I've been here many times, some good customer service experiences and some bad. And I went today despite the infection rumors. They are so clean it is hard to believe they could have that problem. If it could happen to them, it could happen anywhere then. There are some rude technicians though. I also do not like the timers they added a few years back. I understand why cause they are so busy at times, however during times when there isn't a line of people waiting, how about foregoing the timers? All that said, it is still the best place to go in Anderson.
This is the BEST salon in Anderson, SC!! They offer numerous pedicures to choose from and I honestly have to say they're all awesome. If you want a good pedicurist, ask for Nancy. I've always been very pleased with her work and always leave satisfied & happy.
This is the only salon I visit. I have gone here for gel, mani and pedis and waxing. I've always felt relaxed and comfortable here, and the prices are to die for! I can get myself a mani and pedi for $35! Definitely would recommend to anybody.
We have heard rumors about us giving a customer "staph" infection. These are false accusations. There are no evidence prior to "us" spreading any infection or diseases. They haven't proven that it was our nail shop that they had gone to, no confirmation or anything. We are very sorry to hear what had happened to her and we hope she gets better but it is not our fault that this has happened. We also contacted our lawyer to investigate the people involved in this incident. Lately, we have so many misunderstanding about our business name. A while back, we were not the Vip Nails that closed down due to HIV or hepatitis. It was another nail salon called VIP SPA down the street of Clemson Blvd behind Grady. For anyone that owns a business, you should know that there are people out there who will say or do anything to hurt your business and it is disappointing to see horrible comments said about us when we've been providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone for many years. We are the biggest and cleanest franchise nail salon in South Carolina. We also would like to address this whole credit card issue that people are saying we take their debit cards when we seat customers down to dry, and "write" down your information, we have no right to do that nor are we out to get your money. We have a POS system just like any other restaurant or business that does the exact same process of debit and credit card transactions like everyone else. We have been in business for over 12 years and have been providing the upmost, top, and clean service for everyone and have not had any problems with any customers, DHEC and the State Board of Cosmetology. We also have been voted from Independent Mail Readers in ANDERSON for best nail salon 2013. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, clean, and adequate atmosphere and to pamper and give our 100% in our services to all our customers, so for our loyal customers and facebook readers PLEASE BE AWARE that the accusation that they have posted on facebook are FALSE. We will keep you guys posted. Also Thank you to all our loyal customers for supporting us in this situation! We really appreciate it!
