As humans we seem to be quick to complain, but very unlikely to tell someone they have done a good job. I have now had my hair styled there on two occasions, both times being the procrastinater I am I waited til the last minute to call. Christy both times managed to work me in, even though the place was packed and she was there well after closing finishing my hair. She was delightful and determined to make sure when I left there was a smile on my face. I very seldom leave a hair salon satisfied. Her and Britaney are incredible hair dressers and deserve credit for the wonderful jobs they do. I don't know many hair salons that will stay hours after they have closed and make sure you don't leave crying, screaming, or looking like someone put a bowl over your head and cut around it! This being said if you are tired of paying someone to cut your hair the way they want or only know how, to turn around and go pay someone with a God given talent to fix the damage then go see the girls at colour rage and have your hair styled right the first time.

I scheduled a hair appointment after I had not had a haircut in over a year. I was looking forward to getting my hair washed, cut and a blow out. I arrived there and was not greeted nicely, I sat and waited for 20 minutes and I finally got my hair washed. After that I was placed in a chair under a dryer used for hair pinned rollers simply because Christie was too lazy to dry my hair. She started on another customer and left me under the dryer for 15 minutes. Then she finally placed me back in the chair and a woman came in that she knew and she started talking to her very nicely and asked me to move to an empty station. She then sat the woman down and started coloring her entire head! By then I was outraged. My hair had already dried most of the way and was full of frizzy curls. She sat me back in her chair finally and proceeded to straighten the front pieces of my hair. I left with the back of my head damp. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been treated so poorly. Christie is rude & LAZY!!!
