Pretty sure that using the razor is illegal. I didn't even have a chance to object (because I didn't know what it was) before he cut a huge gash into my big toe. As soon as I felt that pain, I felt a horrible sting. He put some kind of liquid glue or something on the gash. He also had the nerve to tell me I was moving - and that's why he cut me. (But he was trying to get my little corn off my toe.) Then, he picks up the razor to start again. Of course, I did not let him. All of this happened after they told me they could do a pedicure and then I had to wait half an hour to get started. I am skeptical of the cleanliness of the bowls and equipment. I will never go back. The only reason I am taking the time to do this is to save someone else from the same experience.

I get my nails done there every month, they do a great job every time :-) prices are good too!

I have been going to Pretty Nails for years and love it!!! I have been to several nail salons in Knoxville and Maryville and this is the best place by far, I don't even have to tell the owner what to do anymore, she already knows what I like and she will go out of her way to fit me into her schedule when I call that day. Pretty Nails goes above my expectations (I am very picky when it comes to my nails) and if there are any issues, all you have to do is tell the owner and she will correct the issue. I will not go anywhere else but Pretty Nails!!
