I wrote a dissatisfactory review about one month ago and to my surprise and satisfaction it has been resolved. The owner, Josh, took the time to call and e-mail in an effort to keep me as a customer. In this day and age it is unusual for a business to go out of their way to rectify a customer's complaint. Not only was he professional and kind, he was very sincere. I had a mani-pedi today by Henry and was extremely pleased with his work and attitude. I want to thank Josh for his kindness and attention to my complaint. Because he handled the situation in the way he did, I will continue to come back as well as refer family and friends.

While I was not offered a complimentary drink (they advertise water, soda and wine), it was cool to sit at a "bar" and have my nails done! I have natural nails and just had a polish change. The french manicure is perfect and was only $7 (not including the tip). Lynn did my nails. Her English was difficult for me to understand, but that's as much my problem as it is hers! I will definitely go back! PJ

I visited Pure Nail Bar today for the first time, and I was impressed! I have had many pedicures, but this one was the best by far. Although they were very crowded, I did not feel rushed at all! Kenny did my pedicure, and I will definitely go back to him. All of the employees were very friendly and were making sure that everyone was having a good time while relaxing. They had a movie on when I got there and when it was over they started a new one...new releases!! I loved it and will for sure go back!!

I love going to the nail bar. It's always crowded but I never have to wait over 20 minutes or so. Love the cute set up
