Good job and nice looking haircuts for the price. I never have to wait to get in and the one time I did it was no more than 5 minutes. I like the fact that you can schedule an appointment online now. I have only had 2 of the ladies cut my hair but they were both nice, friendly, and did a solid job. I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes and satisfied with my experience. Have recommended to friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.

I generally dislike any chain barber shop but it was Saturday afternoon and I didn't have time to go looking for a barber that wasn't already closed. This place was better than I expected. Very friendly staff and overall a pretty good haircut.

I have been working with Hannah and Becca for some time now. They are always willing to help me when I call Great Clips Mt Juliet! They are always very professional. I would highly recommend going to this Great Clips location and even scheduling an appointment using their new online check in!!

OK GENTLEMEN, it is a haircut. The girls are pretty and I enjoy talking to them. Sometimes I am VERY HAPPY, some times I am OK with my haircut, but they are girls and they talk to to you. So no problem with the girls or their cutting ability. I do have a problem with the new "mobile check-in" crap. I don't have a computer in my pocket. It is not convenient for me to use this APP! If you don't use the service, you get pushed to the end of the line. I opened the door for a lady and she got in line before me and went right in. Well the next 4 people to come thru the door had checked in on their phones. Guess who had to wait? It does not matter if the place is empty when you walk in, if the next person in made a reservation, YOU WAIT. They need a better system to take care of the people that don't spend $150 a month on a computer for their pocket. Hey, Joshua, buy a smart card, look for coupons or sales, use a Kroger receipt and by the way, you are supposed to TIP the girls. Don't blame them, give 'em $14 and suck it up.

I have not been to a great clips in a few years. if went in to get a hair cut and it was going to cost $12. What happened to the $8. If just walked out.
