I love Tangles salon! Professional staff, inviting atmosphere & EXCELLENT service! Kelly Goforth was my stylist and she is a true hair artist! I had been trying to have "Balayage" style highlights done to my hair previously at a different salon and was not happy with the results. Upon arriving at Tangles, my hair was very damaged and did not resemble the pictures I brought in to show her for the look I was trying to achieve. Kelly took the time to thoroughly listen to what I wanted and properly consult me. She made me feel like I was in good hands from the moment I sat down in her chair. I won't trust anyone else with my hair from now on! My hair is in better condition now than it ever has been and this is AFTER having it lightened! If you're looking for a new salon, this is the place!!

I hardly ever write reviews but I feel this lack of service/response merits a review. I sent a email on sunday evening for an appointment request. i waited until about 9pm on Monday and never received a response. i sent another request Monday evening around 9;30 pm or so. i never received a response to that appointment request either. why bother having a contact / appointment request form on your website if no one is going to respond. just thought others might like to know that this salon apparently doesn't need any new customers judging by their lack of response.

Excellent service and I think I've had every staff member give me a haircut "style," never a bad job. I have an enormous cabesa and lots of cowlicks making the job more of a challenge. I only get charged the standard price :).

I visited Tangles in Mt Juliet for the first time for highlights, color and trim. My highlights and color are just okay. The biggest disappointment was that my stylist has an assistant and I was shuffled back and forth from the stylist to the assistant while the stylist worked on the lady next to me. The stylist did my highlights and half my color and had her assistant finish the color while she started highlighting the client next to me. Then after checking on me a few times while my color processed, she had her assistant rinse my hair. She then added toner and then after a few more minutes, she had her assistant shampoo me. I then was escorted back to the stylists chair where she trimmed my hair and blew half of my head. Then told her assistant to finish the rest of my hair while she went to the client next to me to begin cutting her hair. After cutting her hair, she came back to me and then finished the blow out. By the way, because it was rushed, it also turned out to be the worst blow out I ever had. okay, not the worst but for the $195 I paid, it WAS the worst. I could have got the same results for half that price! Beware of stylist that think they are so special and great they need an assistant and they can't even give proper attention to their clients.

My Teenage Daughter went to the salon for her first brow wax and hair trim. The gentleman was very nice and extremely patient with her. She really enjoyed her experience and looks forward to going back in the future. I would reccomend this service to anyone in the area, who needs a great new look..Thank you Tangles.You are a top notch Salon.
