Amanda did an awesome job on my hair!!!! First place in 2yrs that did it right, timely, and reasonably priced!!!! Nicki has done 2 facials for me and I am in awe at the difference it made!!! Nicole for the deep tissue massage!!! I couldn't be more satisfied!!! Love, Love, Love their membership program!!! There owner Chrissi very personable and down to earth!!! Highly recommend this staff and spa!!!!

Terrible customer service. The is an employee or owner named Christy who was so terrible in her customer service. I vowed not to ever do business with them. Ladies and gentlemen, when you think of "spa" you think of calm relaxing experience, but my encounter with this business raised my blood pressure. The employees are rude!

I went to My Spa and Boutique for a Laser Hair Removal treatment, and it was a great experience. The Soprano XL laser they use is virtually pain free. I was skeptical when I wondered what "virtually" really means? Honestly, I really felt NO pain at all. (I am the one who freaks out about flu shots, so I have a very low pain tolerance!) Chrissy (the owner) told me it would feel like a hot stone massage, and that's exactly how it felt! It didn't hurt because of the low energy and high frequency at which they use the laser. So far I've only had one treatment done on my underarms so i am waiting to see if I get even the slightest results (hard to tell with just one treatment), but I will definitely drive the extra hour to get to Forney just to have them do my treatments, it's a small price to pay for a long term result. Chrissy's customer service and ability to put my nervousness at ease is so natural and comforting! Although the front desk staff wasn't as friendly and welcoming as her, but overall my experience with the treatment was awesome. I can't wait to go back!

This spa has the best Massage's anywhere!! This is the only place I really enjoy a massage at, my family and I also use their hair salon for cuts and highlights- awesome job!!
