I have been going to legacy nails spa for a while now. THEY have the friendliest service I have ever experienced from a nail salon. My favorite is the PEDI and the wonderful foot massage that comes along with it. I would recommend this place any day of the week! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I loved my experience there! This was my 1st visit to this nail shop and they "nailed it"! Great job and great prices. I will be going back.:).
Unfortunately, there was a significant language barrier with my nail tech. She was very polite though. My poor to fair rating is because this place didn't seem very clean. The tools used were well used. The last salon I visited made it a point to show you that they were using fresh tools, etc. The nail powder had clumps and chips of nail in it. The tech didn't ask what kind of polish I would like and used something similar to that shellac type polish that I don't really care for. While I was drying, she used the same nippers that she had used on me to clean her own fingers of the acrylic. Also, the sign posted claimed $15. When I asked how much, I was told $15. However, when my card was run, the charge was for $16. I won't go back there again.
I go to Kathy. She is great. Not only does she give me the most accurate set of solar french manicured nails I have ever seen, she has a great personality. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and truley cares about each individual guest. KUDOS TO YOU KATHY!!!
Hands down the worst manicure I've had. Dishonest and crummy work. I had shellac on my nails, which other salons usually just soak off for 4-5 mins, then scrape off. My technician barely dipped my fingers in remover, then pulled out the acrylic drill to sand off all my shellac! I told her other salons have never done that, and I didn't want to damage my nails. But she insisted on doing it this way and took off layers of my real nails! While filing my nails she made awkward small talk and asked me FOUR TIMES if I wanted a pedicure. I explained the first time that I literally had one two days ago, yet she proceeded to ask three more times. She shaped my nails poorly and spent hardly any time on the massage. When painting my nails, the french tip white she used is almost see through. She painted a black piece of fuzz into the tip and was reluctant to even fix it when i pointed it out! One of the heat lamps my hand was under had two bulbs out so it was not even curing the polish the same as the other hand! Worst of all, I had called prior to coming in to see how much a shellac manicure was and was told "$15 for just shellac color, $20 for shellac color and manicure, and $25 if you get french tips". When I went to check out with my sticky, dull nails, I was charged $35!! I protested and they just lied to my face and said "no that's for toe nail polish". I will not be going back. If you're looking for a quality shellac manicure, check out Cool Nails at 9324 Clifford Street. Kind of far, but Tracy is very nice and does a great job. $20 for shellac manicure.
