My first visit to nail spa was just ok. The decor and ambience are great. However, the first nail tech that attempted to do my nails was totally confused.
Before she got started, i asked if she could do a specific design and she said yes. I wanted color acrylic with a particular shape.
To make a long story semi short, she acted as if she has no clue what I was referring to, put tips on that were too narrow for my fingers, then passed me along to another tech because she did not want to continue with the services I requested.
Luckily, Jenny made the experience better and was able to do what I requested. However, the too thin tips are definitely causing hang nails. I will give them another try and ask specifically for JENNY!
Will never come here again they turn down black business. They told me an hour wait then another woman walks in before i even leave and he begins to assist her...... So unfair
