I wouldn't even give them a star. I went in for a trim. My hair is straight as a board and I just wanted a straight across cut...not too hard I didn't think. Anyways, when I left Supercuts, my hair on the left was 2 inches longer than on the right. And there were huge chunks that were obviously longer than the rest of my hair randomly throughout my hair. I contacted corporate for a refund...because I was going to have to try to find someone else to fix it. Corporate told me I would be contacted within 48 hours from this particular store...haven't heard from them yet, and it has been over 48 hours. I knew I shouldn't have gone there...and if you are smart you won't either. I just wonder how the person after me left looking...since the same lady started hacking away at his hair too.
