Let me say that the stylist did a wonderful job with my hair. It was exactly what I requested and looked really cute. However, I was frustrated by the fact that she charged me $4 more than the sign stated. I did not have a shampoo or blow dry, just a cut. When I asked about the price being more than posted, another employee piped up that it's extra for a blow dry. When I replied that no one dried my hair, the original stylist said that there is an extra cost for long hair. First, this is posted NO WHERE. Second, I had my long hair CUT OFF ~ it was not washed or dried ~ the final cut was above shoulder length. There was no reason that the original length of my hair should have impacted the price. Even after complaining they refused to reprice. Poor customer service.
