Ok it is kind of a cattle call. Not a true spa experience, but a good pedi.
I made a reservation for eight manis and pedis for my bridal party. When I booked the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and assured me that we would have absolutely no problem getting to our rehearsal on time with the time slot she gave us. Incorrect. When we arrived they did not even have chairs for all of us. Then they sat some of the girls in the spa chairs, where they sat for an hour before their pedicures were even started. When I asked the receptionist what had happened to our appointments, she very rudely said, "We got busy." and quickly walked away from me. Luckily my dear bridesmaids came to my rescue and cornered the girl who continued to be very rude and unapologetic that we would all most certainly be late to our rehearsal. Eventually they convinced her to get the manager on the phone who gave one free manicure to the last of us to finish- 30 minutes past the rehearsal start time. I was very unsatisfied with the result and service. Two hours should be plenty of time to get your nails done when you have made an appointment weeks ahead of time. To top it off, my manicure began peeling and chipping two days later, as did my mother's and a couple of the other girls'. Totally not worth the price or the stress. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.
They do great at eyebrow waxing but they are rude. They do not talk to you, and dont say thank you. If they fixed that, they would have a perfect score.
