Never again. I am not too particular when I get my hair cut. I usually go in with a picture and expect to get a cut similar to that picture or a quick chat about how I need to adjust my expectations because that picture is unrealistic for me. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my last visit to this great clips. I showed the picture of the semi short cut and the 'stylist' nodded and agreed before cutting inches off my hair. She waited until she was half way through the cut itself before telling me that the cut I was expecting was not something she felt my hair would support (despite that I have had my hair cut that way several times before). By the time she told me, I had no choice but to let her finish because she had cut so much off that there was no changing it. In the end, the cut she gave me was 2-3inches shorter than I originally requested and ended up looking like a men's cut. I was very upset and will never be returning to this location or great clips in general.
Good prices and lovely people. easy to get coupons from HEB reciepts on the back so people don't have to pay 20 dollars for somethibg that should cost half that.
