NOT SURE ABOUT THIS PLACE. Besides them trying to hard sell pricey packages, the past two times I've been there I've had to go back within 10 days for a touch up because the botox treatments I received were ineffective. I don't trust that they use full strength botox and for $550 for a full forehead treatment, I expect to get my money's worth. When I called to complain, they were nice and courteous on the phone and encouraged me to come back in after 10 days for a touch up, so I was pleased with the customer service aspect but I have no plans to return there in the future.
They do try to sell you everything under the sun and THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE OFFER OF FREE BOTOX WITH EVERY FILLER. They took advantage of me and misrepresented their ad. I ended up with TWO FILLERS WITH ONE BOTOX. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. THEY LOST A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH THEIR LIES AND CHEATING HONEST PEOPLE!!!!!!!
Horrible service. Horrible care, beware total rip off listed on rip off report has several sanctions. They will con you!
