I had IPL done with Leticia. She was very friendly and professional. I had this done once before and it was not great experience She was very attentive and did a great job. It was a positive experience

I have been to other spas however this is by far the best! Affordable, competitive prices, the entire staff is very friendly and answered all my questions proficiently. I felt welcome and no pressure from the staff to purchase more services like other spas. I will return!

I purchased a groupon and opted for the 3 IPL photofacials. The first thing is they hurt!!! Second, you sign a waiver so if something goes wrong it is pretty much too bad for you. The tech cut/burnt my face close to my eye, when I mentioned that it hurt she said it would be ok. It took over 3 weeks to heal. The next time that I went in and mentioned it, she said "well you signed a waiver"... They took a photo to see underneath the skin and even when she showed me the difference between the first photo and the third (after three visits) she even said it looked like my skin had gotten worse. Goodbye $300, I realize this is less than I would pay at the Dermatologist that I was trying to get cheaper than, but good riddens - I just wasted time, money and experienced pain here. Never again.

I suffered severe burns on both my legs after laser treatment at Sonterra Laser Med Spa. I have had laser treatment before and never had any issue, but the technique and treatment by the technician at Sonterra Laser Med Spa resulted in severe burns and permanent scaring. The ophthalmologist doctor who owns the spa responded by telling me he did not intend to address my concerns regarding the technician as she was a "top performer", that burns were an occasional side effect of laser treatment and suggested I wear leggings to cover my burns. I still have scars today (almost two years later).

I have had laser here for a year. I had laser on neck and face areas. It was painless for me. I see Letty and she has always been very friendly and informative.
